Call us to discuss your needs and see if your insurance coverage applies. With Insurance: Depending on your benefit coverage, you will only be responsible for a percentage of the session cost after you meet your deductible. If your insurance does not cover the full cost of the contracted rate, you will be responsible for the remaining amount. We will help you to find out your benefits package before treatment begins. Without Insurance: 45-minute sessions are $105 60-minute sessions are $135 75-minute sessions are $155 ​90-minute sessions are $185 Comprehensive Clinical Assessments $150 Sliding Fee Rates: In certain financial circumstances, session fees will be based on eligibility determined through the application process. Fees will range from 25-50% off session prices based on family size and or financial needs. Payment: Cash and checks are preferred, and credit cards are accepted. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of your appointment is required at least 24 hours in advance unless there is a medical or family emergency. If cancellation within this time frame does not occur, you must pay the agreed-upon $100 fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the discontinuation of therapy or the fee for missed appointments increasing to the full price of the session.
