The Faith Works Stable Foundation(FWSF)

The Faith Works Stable Foundation, established in 2023 by Dr. Bianca RamosDelRio, works of 3 principles. These 3 principles (Faith, Work, and Stable) can be applied to everyone ready to become the best version of themselves:

Faith = Having Faith in one self to get to the desired goal.
Work = Do the work to get to the desired goal.
Stable = Create a Stable environment to maintain the desired goal.

The Faith Works Stable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that adopts rescue horses and provides education, resources, and assistance to professionals, organizations, academic institutions, as well as services to military service members and their families, first responders, and the general public in North Carolina.

We also offer a unique Equine Homeschool Program, educating students on basic horsemanship and horse care. This program provides hands-on learning experiences, teaching children how to responsibly care for and interact with horses. Participants gain valuable life skills, such as responsibility, empathy, and teamwork, while fostering a love for animals and the outdoors.
Your contributions help us fund outreach and public awareness activities, scholarships, research projects, and collaboration programs with key partners to serve clients with a wide range of needs all around the world. To the degree permitted by law in the United States, all charitable gifts are tax-deductible.

DONATION
We're here to help out our military folks and first responders – the real heroes out there. Also, we cant to help the next generation of children who are in a home school environment grow and flourish.
In addition, our nonprofit is all about giving them a boost in mental health through horse therapy. We know our heros are amazing individuals might be going through a lot, and we want to offer them some relief without worrying about the costs. Let's show some love to those who've got our backs. Time to give back to the ones who serve us!
FWSF`s Mission
HORSES HAVE THE ABILITY TO SPEED EMOTIONAL PROCESSING BREAKTHROUGHS
This is especially true for individuals who have PTSD and other emotional based issues. This is because these highly sensitive animals provide safe reflection and persuasive feedback for military customers' concerns and anxieties. The horses' special sensitivity, in the hands of a trained treatment team, may help clients grasp their own internal processes more easily than hours of talk therapy.
CLIENTS CAN BE HELPED TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN LIVES Through a HERD DYNAMICS.
Observing a herd of horses may help clients better understand the dynamics of their own family, military unit, and community, as well as providing another good example for encouraging collaboration, support, and trust. The horses offer an emotionally safe setting in which to work through and build connections in life, whether with people, the environment, beliefs, or oneself.
IN TIMES OF HIGH STRESS, STRENGTHEN RESILIENCE
The methodology (EAGALA) used is founded on experience and action. The treatment sessions recreate real events such as frustrations, excessive stress, and relationship issues. This allows service personnel and their families to rediscover their resources and talents in order to overcome hurdles in a new environment of civilian life following deployment and/or military duty. They may use this knowledge and get immediate reaction from the horses.
BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS TO CARE
Clients participate in activities with horses that help to erase much of the stigma associated with standard talk therapy treatment approaches. Treatment that focuses on doing is more engaging, and engagement enhances impact. This cohort is more likely to begin and complete treatment with this approach, with less dropout and recidivism than with standard talk treatments, according to data. Military and First Responders, Critical Care Giver customers consistently comment on how swiftly and thoroughly they get to the heart of their problems and see substantial transformation.
LOOK FOR REAL-WORLD SOLUTIONS TO THE DIFFICULT CHALLENGES
Clients come up with their own answers to their problems. Clients work with the Services Treatment Team to strengthen their resilience and understand the adjustments they need to make in order to be more successful in all areas of life.
